The Perl Path is owned and operated by Aidan Neshite, an independent insurance producer licensed in Nevada (Resident Producer License #4076205), California, Arizona, Ohio, and Michigan. We act as an independent broker representing multiple insurance carriers; we do not work for any single insurance company or for the federal government.

2. Services Provided

We provide Medicare education, plan comparison, enrollment assistance, and year-round ongoing support. Our services include guidance on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D plans from the carriers we represent.

We do not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial planning advice. Please consult qualified professionals for those needs.

3. No Cost to You

Our consultation and brokerage services are provided to you at no cost. We are compensated through commissions paid by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through us. Commission rates are set by CMS for Medicare Advantage and Part D and do not vary based on which plan you select within a given category.

4. Independence & Carrier Relationships

We do not offer every plan available in your area. We currently represent multiple organizations that offer a variety of products. To explore all options, please contact:

5. No Guarantee of Coverage or Outcomes

Enrollment in any Medicare plan is subject to carrier approval, eligibility rules, and CMS regulations. We do not guarantee acceptance into any plan or any specific premium, copay, network, or formulary outcome. Plan benefits, networks, formularies, and costs are set by the insurance carrier and are subject to change.

6. Accuracy of Information on This Website

We work to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, plan details — premiums, deductibles, copays, networks, drug formularies, and benefits — are set by carriers and change regularly. Always confirm plan details directly with the carrier or your broker before enrolling.

7. Geographic Service Area

We can only assist residents in states where we are properly licensed: Nevada, California, Arizona, Ohio, and Michigan. If you reside elsewhere, we are unable to provide brokerage services, though we are glad to refer you to appropriate resources.

8. Your Responsibilities
